complained to them in nice way and it went on for a week. What was happening was I was typing in their domain name, assuming it was a .co.nz domain, yet it was a .nz domain. They didn’t have a link from co.nz to .nz and assumed that people would use .nz. COA on both sides. I am sure they lost a lot of business over that error.
I seldom assumed anything in my businesses career, but when I did, it always cost me money or compromised my time. It made me more vigilant and experienced for the future.
