reimburse for color matching errors. You must go to the paint store that sells the
manufacture’s paint and obtain the specified color **
Storm Door
• Painted the same approved color as the front door it encloses
• Painted same approved color as door frame trim
Windows
• Windows may be single or double-hung and must have mullions and muntins (grids)
• Window trim may be composed of wood, aluminum-clad wood or fiber cement;
• Window trim capping is permissible
• Window frames may be composed of wood, vinyl, vinyl composite, fiberglass or any vinyl-
coated material
• Muntins (grids) may be flat, contoured, simulated or true divided lite and may be contained
within a single pane of glass

• That homeowner(s) may change house color without submitting a DRB
application only if
• Color scheme stays within the DRB-approved color palette, AND no two
adjacent houses will be the same color.
• The homeowner(s) must register the new color scheme of the house with the
Old Westbury Cluster Board and with Reston Association within sixty (60)
days of making such change.
