reimburse for color matching errors. You must go to the paint store that sells the manufacture’s
paint and obtain the specified color **

Front Entry Walkway

• Walkways, adjoining stairs, will be simply configured, should be simple in design with a low
profile and be set into the natural contours of the ground.
• Walkways will be securely constructed of durable materials that are compatible in color and
appearance with the natural and architectural elements of the cluster environment.
• Walkways/Pathways will be constructed of natural-colored (uncolored, neutral, or off-
white)concrete, slate, flagstone, brick, or pavers, using one single material and consistent color.
• Walkways/Pathways maybe steppingstones set into grass or a mulched planting area.
• Mulch must be naturally colored. Red mulch is not permitted.
• Stone must be naturally colored. White stones are not permitted.
• Walkway placements may not significantly increase the amount of water flowing to a
neighboring property.
• Walkway surfaces may not exceed more than 6” above adjacent natural grade.

Stipulations

• No application is required if your application meets the following criteria
• Materials & Colors: Walkways/Pathways will be constructed of natural-colored (uncolored,
neutral, or off-white) concrete, slate, flagstone, brick, or pavers, using one single material and
consistent color.
• Elevation: Walkway surfaces may not exceed more than 6” above adjacent natural grade.
• Other features: There are no railings, benches, planters, trellises, privacy fences, or other built-
in features except for steps.
• Walkways/Pathways are simple, unobtrusive, steppingstones set into the grass, river jack
(other landscaping stones), or mulched planting areas.
