Shed Diagram:
1. Shed to be no higher than adjacent fence.
2. Roof must be sloped to drain into applicant’s yard.
3. Roofing should match that of the house.
4. Material and color should match the adjacent fence.
5. If the end of the shed is exposed, the fence must be turned to screen the
end of the shed.
