Windows

There is no cluster standard for replacement windows. All window replacements
require an application to be submitted for review by the Design Review Board.

• Windows must have muntins and mullions (grids)
• All windows have shutters
• Trim capping width not to exceed 3”, vinyl, aluminum,
• Color: white or to match house siding
