Patios
(Wooden ground-level decks are considered patios in Waterview Cluster)
• Patios may be added to the front, side, or rear of property.
• Patios may be built of natural colored concrete, slate, flagstone, brick, wood, or composite.
• Patios shall be adequately drained, so they will not adversely affect adjoining properties.
• Patios may include low stone or brick walls, but may not be completely enclosed.
• Privacy screening for patios shall not block the scenic views of neighboring properties and may require approval.
