Forth Inspection Group, which comprises of Forth Inspection Service & Forth Inspection Solutions, is an organization whose expertise in both conventional and specialist NDT inspection techniques dates back more than 30 years.
The business provides NDT consultancy to customers in various sectors including renewable energy, defence, power generation and also in the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream.

Forth Inspection Group has considerable expertise in Phased Array, having utislised this technique to replace radiography at a ship fabricator and also to inspect in-service rail axles for an international rail transport service operator. The group also utilises Phased Array technology to provide clients with advanced ultrasonic recordable images.
Forth is also working closely with various companies to develop NDT techniques to inspect both new and in service components.
Forth Inspection Group has developed NDT strategy and associated procedures for turbine generators as well as offering advanced inspection techniques to larger inspection companies within Aberdeen.
Forth also offers training working closely with a number of companies within Aberdeen to deliver general training and seminars on non destructive testing. It can also offer support in highly specialist areas such as application specific training.
In addition, Forth can offer an extensive range of consultancy – from basic one-off consultancy right through to long term project support.
