What is Talking Circle to you?
A place where I can open up to everyone.
It is a food for thought place! Every topic/conversation kept me thinking and helped me reflect on my experiences. By attending Talking Circle, and talking about my problems, it provides me different approaches and perspectives to my existing problems.
How was your experience at Talking Circle?
Everyone was very nice, especially Zenaida, our
facilitator, and Giang because we discussed what we
never got to talk to anyone... such as, dating life in the
US, culture shock, homesickness, stressing from school and exams.
How was your experience at Talking Circle?
A good opportunity for international students to meet new friends, networking, and connect to one another, learn more from others, and yourself. Through Talking Circle, international students would get more insights about their problems and learn more about different resources at school or the US in general.
It has helped me focus on my very busy schedule and let me handle my stress in a healthy manner.
