The villa is entered from the north- west trough collonaded cortile slightly of the axe attached to the rotunda. The en- closed double staircase within the rotun- da leads into the elevated villa organised around the central peristyle courtyard.
The guest quarter is organised around a separate smaller court to the north of the peristyle. On the west side is the grand hall with kitchen and dining facilities and care- taker home. To the opposite side of the main courtyard is the family quarter distrib- uted around a semienclosed collonaded courtyard.
