Tomato dry syrup is
a kind of desserts.
You can keep it for
a long time in a
glass jar. It is sweet
and delicious. It is
everyone’s favourite
and it is made from
fresh tomatoes.
Choose the same type
and all red ones. You can use big tomatoes and Sida
tomatoes.
The recipe is easy:
- wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, get the seeds
out
- wash again and soak in lime water, leave them for
30 minutes
- wash them and let them dry
- put them in a copper pan, add sugar to the tomatoes
- use the medium heat and simmer until water
evaporates
- put them on a sieve and decorate them beautifully
- dry in the sun for 2 days, then keep in a glass jar
You will get tomato dry syrup to eat for a long time.
