Protect your teeth and brush
your teeth in the right way.
Mouth and Teeth
Our daily life means meeting
and talking with other people. The
mouth and teeth should be clean
all the time. If your teeth are dirty,
they may decay and your breath
will smell bad.
Take care of your mouth and teeth :
- brush your teeth at least twice a day ( before
going to bed and after getting up)
- do not use a toothpick
- after brushing the teeth, knead your gum ridge
- visit the dentist twice a year
The steps to brush teeth
1. use enough toothpaste on the
brush
2. use a good brush which is
suitable for your mouth
3. wash your mouth with clean water and rub it
dirty
The right way to brush the teeth
1. brush the upper teeth down
2. brush the lower teeth up
3. scrape the back teeth
4. brush the front teeth down
