                            Food  should  be  clean  and  in

                          enough  quantity  for  the  body.
                          Healthy  food  makes  your  body
                          strong  and  repairs  the  worn  out

                          parts.
                            Choose  fresh  and  clean  food  :
                                     -  keep  the  3  rules  before

                          you  buy  food
                                            1.  benefit
                                            2.  safety
                                            3.  low  cost

                                     -  cook  in  the  right  way
                                     -  eat  3  full  meals,  especially  breakfast  which  is
                          important

                                     -  eat  food  from  each  of  5  food  groups
                                     -  eat  cooked  fresh  food  with  a   serving  spoon
                                     -  do  not  eat  half  - done  food
                                     -  avoid  eating  spicy  food,  pickled  or  vividly

                          coloured  food
                                     -  drink  at  least  8  glasses  of  clean  water  a  day
