                                                 Always  exercise  and  check

                                       your  health  every  year.






                              Exercise  is  important  to  staying  healthy.  The  experts

                       say  that  you  only  need  to  run  or  even  walk  three  times  a
                       week.  This  is  enough  to  keep  you  healthy.
                              Take  care  of  yourself :

                                     -  you  should  exercise  at  least  three  times  a
                       week
                                     -  choose  the  suitable  exercises  for  your  body
                       and  age

                                     -  check  your  health  once  a  year
