Announces New Business
Development Manager
September 4, 2019 - Allpoints Surveying, a
surveying company specializing in new home
construction, is proud to welcome Kim Lawrence
as the company’s business development manager.
Kim will be responsible for developing new business
opportunities and creating solutions for our
customers in the Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio
markets.
Kim is a well-known resource in the homebuilding
industry with 20 years of experience. The first
half of her career was spent in sales capacities
for homebuilders in the Houston area where
she earned several top producer awards for her
sales performance. At the start of the downturn,
Kim transitioned to the vendor side and has held
leadership roles in sales, operations, and business
development. Using her in-depth knowledge of
the homebuilding industry she exceled at creating
customized solutions for homebuilders across
Texas and has developed a proven track record of
cultivating long term business relationships with
both customers and industry peers.

Kim has also been heavily involved in the Greater
Houston Builders Association since 2006. In addition
to her active involvement on several councils,
she has served as chair and co-chair on several
committees. In 2016, she joined the GHBA’s board of
directors as well as the Associate Council leadership
board. She held the position of Associate Council
President in 2018 and currently serves as Immediate
Past-President for the council.
