A Message from the President

Don’t Miss the 2018 Parade of Homes in Miralomas!

We are excited to host the 2018 Parade of Homes in the
Miralomas community in Boerne. It has been a pleasure working
with Nick Prouty and the Miralomas development team. We cannot
wait for you to see this master planned community with scenic hill
county views and tour five spectacular Parade of Homes.
Casadomaine Custom Homes, Garner Custom Homes, Mike
Hollaway Custom Homes, Prestige Homes, and Sitterle Homes are
our 2018-featured Parade of Homes builders. I want to personally
Bryan Smith invite you to the Preview Party on Friday, October 5 from 6:00pm
President to 10:00pm at Miralomas.
Tickets are $90 per member
and Black-Tie Affairs will
once again cater the evening with dinner and drinks.
Tickets for the Preview Party will go on sale in early to mid
September, so check out GSABA’s website for complete
details coming soon at www.sabuilders.com.
In the next few weeks, each member will receive 10
Parade of Homes tickets in the mail. We offer each member discounted tickets to the Parade of
Homes for $7 each. The cost of the ticket on site is $15 – this is just one of the benefits we offer you
as a member. If you do not wish to use the tickets, please send them back to GSABA or drop them
off at our Association office. The Parade of Homes opens on Saturday, October 6th and runs
through Sunday, October 14th.
We are grateful for our Parade of Homes partners and I want to take this opportunity to thank
each of them: Security Service Federal Credit Union, CPS Energy, Hollywood Crawford Garage
Doors & Openers, Home Depot and North Park Family of Dealerships.
Don’t forget to register when you are at the Parade of Homes to win a car from the North
Park Family of Dealerships and vote for your favorite home. You won’t want to miss touring
the Club House and nature trails. Miralomas Development has created a unique habitat for
hummingbirds and other pollinator species like the monarch butterfly. There are approximately
200 acres of Hill Country open space and includes a series of trail systems throughout.
