Terry Jermolajevs of

Chesmar Homes

Terry Jermolajevs, a seasoned professional in the industry, his community and is always looking for
homebuilding industry started his career with Ray opportunities to pay-it-forward. Chesmar Homes has

attends many of our events. He involves
many of his employees in GSABA networking
events.

Terry is also committee chairman of
the MLDP program for his HOA in Blanco,
participates with the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society programs and is a
member of the Sierra Club. Terry loves the
outdoors, hiking, hunting and fishing with his
family and friends.
Where and how does Terry find the time
to do it all? Well, he stays true to his life and
business philosophy: “Keep it Simple. Make it
Happen”.
