Hearing Offences Together?






          • Depends primarily on the mode of trial selected.



          • In  the  case  of  indictable  offences  in  a  preliminary  hearing,

              Customs  offences  are  best  heard  together  with  related


              offences and all the accused persons as there is no possibility

              of the Judicial Officer passing conviction, see
