independence will be demonstrated

10:30 – 11:00 Panel Discussion on Judicial Independence
(Chief Justice Dame Pereira and Justice Saunders)
Objective: The participants will be provided with
information on real threats that are posed to judicial
independence in the Caribbean and strategies that can be
used to address these threats.
