The RDRA is a tool to: a) guide research institutions, academe,
individual researchers conduct their studies in line with the
development needs of the Region; and b) harmonize research efforts
that will translate to further economic growth. It is one of the
accompanying documents of the RDP in addressing Calabarzon’s
development issues and concerns towards attaining the Long Term
Vision of Filipinos or AmBisyon Natin 2040.
