ARTICLE IX
GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Sec. 1 The General Assembly of ISIP shall be composed of ISIP Officers and class representatives for
each section under the BS Psychology program.
Sec. 2 The General Assembly shall be a forum for information and consultation regarding the
organization.
Sec. 3 The General Assembly shall be convened by the President at least once every semester.
ARTICLE X
FINANCE
Sec. 1 ISIP shall be maintained by means of membership fees which shall be collected on a semestral
basis that will support the offering of acceptable and reasonable BS Psychology student
services that will tap the full potentials of the students and ultimately equip students with
real life skills and competencies.
Sec. 2 ISIP can establish special funds that come from donations, dues, sponsorships, fund raising
projects or any derived from legitimate sources.
Sec. 3 The fund should be mainly used for student activities. Fund to be used shall be backed up by
approved proposal, resolution and canvassing form duly noted by ISIP officers and advisers.
Sec. 4 The concerned organization shall liquidate expenses before the next disbursement shall be
authorized.
Sec. 5 Any excess amount in the requested fund must be returned to the ISIP treasury
fund.
Sec. 6 ISIP shall submit audited financial reports to the Office of Student Affairs and Services at the
end of each semester.
Sec. 7 Any excess funds shall be carried over to the next school year. Existing savings of organization
shall likewise be pooled and will form part of ISIP Fund. These can be utilized subject to the
resolution approved by Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS).
