    •    To complete your daily monitoring tasks in a timely manner and to the best of your


         ability





    •    To complete your gym sessions as part of the ongoing plan





    •    To engage in daily injury prevention / activation and physical capability training






    •    During games, there will be an expectation to run a minimum distance of a set figure


         which will be highlighted at the start of the season




    •    To understand that there will be times where the department decide that you will



         best suited doing more OR less than the ‘typical session’




    •    Understand that you will be tested on a regular basis to ensure we have an up to



         date view of your level of fitness / readiness.



                                                           Department Philosophy
    •    To understand that we will ask you to perform maximal effort at certain parts


         through the week as a injury prevention procedure.
