11.0 Wheel Loss or Instances of Loose Wheels

Where there are any reported instances of wheel loss or wheel looseness, Group Companies must ensure
there is a written policy for investigating, reporting and escalating all such issues in a timely manner.

Investigations and subsequent reports must include all pertinent information to establish, where possible,
root cause and include any deviations from this standard and any required remedial action.
In parallel with the investigation process, additional containment actions such as a wheel security fleet
        check are recommended.

Where such investigation drives a change to policy, procedure or paperwork, training must be provided to
update employees and ensure ongoing compliance.
