An ideal teacher is a life-long learner and researcher, she leaves a life-long
impression in the lives of her learners. She never lets the limitations of her students
restrict her vision. She constantly motivates and advocates for them to reach ahead
and broaden their horizon. An ideal is one that is supposed to learn from and with
their context with the learners. I actually believe that teachers should not impose
their beliefs on learners but should rather centre their beliefs of learners and to
redirect them.
