An ideal teacher is always willing to go an
extra mile to make sure that they master
their pedagogical content knowledge for
them to be able to teach their learners
subject content that is not compromised. An
ideal teacher is someone that is able to
engage with the learners on a personal
level and is able to establish a culture of
respect and extend the relationship beyond
the task of teaching and learning.
acceptance is fostered for all learners.
With regards to the above information above, the concept of an ideal teacher is
broad. However, as we have collated our ideas our common conclusion is tied down
to an ideal teacher as one that executes the pedagogy of care.
