          March proved to be a very busy month for Perfect Potion, selling high-demand hand sanitiser

          during a world pandemic, clearly “liquid gold”!



          As with many businesses, COVID-19 also forced Perfect Potion to temporarily close all its stores,
          placing even more importance on the website running at 100% and being up to date.



          Until COVID-19 is under control worldwide and beaten, the website will be Perfect Potion’s only

          source of income.



          The weekly hangout is a good opportunity to brainstorm ideas to further enhance the website
          and look at possible ways to improve the customer experience.  Account Management Notes

          are updated after each meeting and shared with the team plus key members of Traff1k staff for
          commentary and input.



          All queries in relation to the website are now directed through Irene, although some improvements

          still required in this area to establish what is a priority and what is a wish list item. It is a work in
          progress!



          March offered many challenges, and there is no doubt the upcoming months look to be the

          same. The team at Traff1k are here to assist and guide Perfect Potion, so we can continue to see
          growth in their online revenue, offer advice on marketing and support upcoming campaigns and

          opportunities.
