• This plugin will require the website to go down during install and will require a full

redeploy of files

3. Mailchimp Plugin

Require a plugin that syncs the orders and customers through to Mailchimp so segmented lists can

be created as well and follow up emails after purchase.

To achieve Traff1k will:
• Source and check an appropriate plugin – ensure will meet requirements

• Map the required fields to database

• This plugin will require the website to go down during install and will require a full
redeploy of files

Once requirements are confirmed, Traff1k to issue a quote.

4. Live Chat

Looking at the ability to have live chat on the website.

To achieve Traff1k will:

• Add Facebook Messenger Code to the site https://developers.facebook.com/docs/

messenger-platform/discovery/customer-chat-plugin/
• Check this meets requirements

Once requirements are confirmed, Traff1k to issue a quote.
