INVESTOR STRATEGY

On the 29th January an Investor Strategy Meeting took place at Universal Head Office - in

attendance was Mike Pearce, Tania Vela, Hugh He, Srecko Urlich, Colin James, Michael
MacDonald, Andrew Montgomery and Irene Nottage.

Investor buyers currently make up approximately 10% of the Auckland property market, however
only <5% of UHL sales. At the height of the market. Investor buyers made up approximately 40%

of the Auckland property market.

Srecko Urlich is to become UHL’s investor expert.

VISION

Increase wealth.

GOALS

• Sell UHL homes

• Generate calls or enquiries
• Appointments from 7pm at clients home
