2020 got off to a great start with 16 properties sold! West Hills lead the charge
selling 7 properties!
Weekly hangout meetings continue every Wednesday with Mike, Tania, Hugh and Irene to
ensure we are across what happens at an Estate level, discuss the upcoming newsletters
and social content as well as signage and other marketing requirements.
V2 Signs have been redesigned with Velcro boards which can be removed if pricing
changes or the property is Under Contract or Sold – enabling the Agents to make these
changes in real time to be consistent with what is online. (Prior to this we would use stickers
to change prices and more often than not, these would damage the signs).
Irene had the opportunity to visit all the Estates and drop off new iPads to the Agents at the
end of January. At the end of Month Sales Meeting the Team was treated to a morning tea
and a presentation from Trade Me. The presentation showcased Trade Me as the number
one platform to list properties, and gave some insight into how the new website will look
and how Universal Homes properties will feature when the site goes live in April.
A GOOD START TO THE YEAR.
