5. Report of the Regional Board of General Purposes E-ADMINISTRATION / GOVERNANCE
We are pleased to report that rapid strides have been carried out in the new Cloud Version of REGAL, which has added onto some more features for units to use, thereby rendering the E Administration of the Region more user friendly and effective.
Chapter, Mark and RAM modules have been launched in REGAL for Units to update membership and E-File Returns / Forms. The Dispensation module has also been launched in REGAL for all 4 orders. A Treasurer’s module will be launched shortly for Unit Treasurers’ to make use of this simple and effective accounting system. We have also integrated Dispensations approved through REGAL with our accounting software TALLY .

MASONSOUTH
The Regional Grand Lodge Newsletter ‘Masonsouth’ was published in digital version and the latest issue April,2018 was uploaded in the RGL website. The Board places on record its appreciation to W.Bro. M. Anand, Editor for bringing out the issue in record time.
GENERAL
From the brief reports received from Daughter Lodges in the Region, the Board is happy to report that by and large the financial position of the Lodges is satisfactory. Past Masters and junior Brethren are evincing keen interest in the ceremonial working and the administration of Lodge. Peace, Love and Harmony as ever prevail among the Brethren. The newly consecrated Lodges are also active and functioning well. All the Lodges are also engaged in a wide range of charitable activities, inter Lodge visits, etc.
The Lodges reflect a healthy and vibrant growth during the period.
