             The Strategic Development Plan ( 2019 – 2024 ) of the Isabela State University was approved by the Board of
             Regents during the combined 220 AND 221 Regular Meeting on August 19, 2020 via Video Conferencing

             TheFive-YearStrategicDevelopmentPlan(2014-2019)oftheIsabelaStateUniversity was approvedby theBoard
             of Regents during the 195 Regular Meeting onSeptember 3, 2014, through the issuance of the BORResolution

           Resultoftheinterview withtheadministrators, faculty,staffandstudents


             TheapprovaloftheFive-YearStrategicDevelopmentPlanwasdisseminatedtothedifferentcollegesand campuses.
             The VMGOs were printed in bulletin boards, catalogues/manuals and other forms of communication media (
             websiteandwebpages).



       4. BESTPRACTICES


             The Strategic Development Plan 2014 – 2019 and ISU Strategic Development Plan 2019 – 2024 were crafted
             after aseriesof consultations,planningworkshopsandbenchmarkingtrips participatedbyvarious stakeholdersof
             theuniversity.It isaproductofalongandextendedprocessspanningthetransition of leadership ofthe University.


             It began with the situation assessment of all programs and services of the university bottom-up. Front line
             supervisors facilitated the initial leg of situation assessment and goal establishment activities in their respective
             units in the various departments and divisions of the University. These results were reported analyzed and
             consolidated through the hierarchical channels of the University from all units and departments and consolidated
             usingthe sameprocessesuptothe University level.
