2. IMPLEMENTATION
              VMGOdisseminationactivities
                 TheUniversityconducted the followingactivities to disseminate theVMGOs:
                    a. Facultymeetings
                    b. Orientationprograms
                    c. Distribution of print media containing the VMGOslike student handbook, flyers, bulletin of
                       information, billboards, etc.


              Membersof theInstitution (administrators, faculty, non-teachingstaff, students)canarticulate
                 procedures,guidelinesandprotocolsoftheUniversity/College


















               Theadministration,throughtheOfficeofStudentServicesandincooperationwiththeStudentBody Organizations
               of the Colleges, can articulate the VMGOsby conducting student orientation activities at the start of every school
               year.

               The faculty can articulate the VMGOsthrough the distribution of course outlines to students. The course outlines
               containthevisionand mission oftheUniversity, goalsand objectivesof thecollege,aswellas otherguidelinesand
               protocols for the students.




         3. OUTCOMES
             Result of the research study on awareness and acceptability of the VMGO by the different
               stakeholders
                          Prof. Ralliegh F. Vizcarra, Prof. Chriselda Sanita G. Niala and Prof. Jayson G.
                   Gollayan conducted an online survey as an outcome of an action research initiative
                   entitled  “MAPPING        UP    THE     AWARENESS,         ACCEPTABILITY          AND
                   UNDERSTANDING OF GRADUATE STUDENTS ON THE ISU-E VISION,

                   MISSION, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

                   The following are the findings of the study:

                   1.   the source of references of the respondents of the VMGO were visible in digital
                        sources such as through the ISU website and webpages followed through CGS
                        orientations and Class orientations.
