Turn to Romans chapter 6. I'm going to be
reading here, and I'm also going to give you a
few other verses. One is 2 Timothy 3:5, speaking
of the last days, and it says, “Having a form of
godliness, but denying the power thereof”—
How many of you know what the last words of
that verse says? — “from such turn away.”
There are many who will have a form of
godliness but they'll deny the power thereof.
The verse says, “from such turn away.” Ezekiel
22 and verse 26 says that Israel, God's people,
put no difference between the holy and the
profane, and in verse 30, God said He was
looking for a man to stand in the gap and could
not find one. In 1 Kings 18 and verse 21, when
Israel was in apostasy, Elijah came to them and
he said, “How long halt ye between two
opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if
