Now, Jesus says here in the latter part of

verse 15, “for that which is highly esteemed

among men is abomination in the sight of

God.” Country music is an abomination in the

sight of God in the fact that it is highly

esteemed among the world, especially in

America. I've got several verses we're going to

consider tonight. I've got some quotes here

from some of the artists themselves, and also

we're going to be considering just some things

about country music — again, the history, the

danger, and the false gospel.

I'm going to be reading verses 10 through

verse 12 in Ephesians 5 to start with, and then

we're going to drop down and read verse 19.

Now, many today, even in the religious world,

would ask us, "What's wrong with country

music?" and that's the wrong question. We
