"Vince Campo has responded to my calls for assistance multiple times
and is always very professional, detailed and willing to help with a
genuine concern for his crew. Yesterday I called Vince once again.
This time it was regarding not only a safety concern but also a bullet
proofing concern. I hardly had to explain what I observed to Vince
before he stepped forward to begin to help the crew understand what
my concerns were. He quickly recognized access concerns (Potential
ITPs for employees climbing into the racks) as well as additional
bullet proofing and safety concerns. He immediately and clearly
recognized the needed corrections. Helping crews (all companies) to
understand bullet proofing requirements on site is an ongoing focus.
I very much appreciate the time and focus Vince has directed towards
understanding these requirements so he can help his REI team to
VINCE CAMPO
VINCE CAMPO recognize potentials hazards and perform their work scope safely."

There was a break-in over the Thanksgiving
holiday at our Uptown Dallas jobsite. Trade
partners on the site experienced hand-tool
and materials theft accompanied by gang
box damage. Rosendin's team followed
protocol/guidance as they wrapped our gang
boxes in chains which deterred the criminals.
Theft prevention in action! Thank you to our
Rosendin Safety Heroes.

"Arnold Silva goes above and beyond to help his guys here in the field.
He is a bilingual foreman who ensures that everyone understands him
during his morning PTP sessions and COVID-19 questionnaire. He is
constantly in the field with his workers ensuring they have everything
they need to remain safe. He follows this concept up at home as well
performing tasks around the house wearing his PPE. He noticed a lady
having some difficulties at a bus stop last week and went over to assist
her. He found out she was a single mother of 4 who was struggling
to make it with her kids. He and his family took the effort to take
her shopping to make sure she had toys for her kids. He is a great
example of being a safety and community hero."
