草莓餃的由來 Cracow Origin





                                                          餃子原名“嬌耳”,是我國醫聖張仲景發明的。有一年當地瘟


                                                            疫盛行,他在衙門口壘起大鍋,施藥救人,深得長沙人民的愛

                                                            戴。他的藥名叫“祛寒嬌耳湯”,其做法是用羊肉、辣椒和一

                                                            些祛寒藥材在鍋裡熬煮,煮好後再把這些東西撈出來切碎,用

                                                            面皮包成耳朵狀的“嬌耳”。每人兩隻嬌耳,一碗湯。吃了一


                                                            段時間,病人的爛耳朵就好了。今天,我們的確餃子就是這樣


                                                            來的。
