1. Select Line Spacing Options. [The Paragraph dialog box appears].
2. Use the Line spacing drop-down menu to select a spacing option.
3. Modify the before and after points to adjust line spacing as needed.
4. Click OK.
Examples:
Resaving Document in Folder
After typing, editing or formatting a document:
1. Click File from the Menu Bar or Office Button .
2. In the left column, you click Save As. [A smaller window, called a
dialog box, opens].
3. In the dialog box that pops up, select a folder or create a new folder.
[To create a new folder, click the drop-down arrow in the Save inbox,
click the New Folder icon or Create New Folder icon in the Save
As dialog box. You should see a new yellow folder appear in the
main area of the Save As dialogue box, with some blue highlighting
for you to type in the name of the folder and click Enter key].
4. Double click on a folder or the folder created. [You may choose to
rename the document by typing the name in to the space for ‘File
Name’].
5. Move the cursor to SAVE and click it or press Enter Key.
