                Brief  us about  your latest completed projects,
                ongoing projects and pipeline projects?
                  The Group has delivered more than 30 mn sq. ft. of residential
                and commercial space in Mumbai, Goa, Alibaug. The company is
                developing 10 projects with 5 mn sq. ft in the above-mentioned
                cities.  The  luxury  properties  that  the  company  is  developing
                are Sumer Trinity Vertical at Prabhadevi, Harbour Heights and
                Harbour Centre at Mazgaon, Avenue 54 at Santacruz in Mumbai
                region. The company is also developing Row Villas and residential
                apartments in North Goa
                   The Group has also been highly active in the slum rehabilitation
                scheme (SRA) space mainly in Chandivali, Mumbai.

                Tell us the core business strategy or idea that Sumer
                Group is following by keeping in mind and considering
                the  current  market  conditions,  especially  for  the
                future growth?
                  Considering the current market conditions, we are trying to  working as per the present industry conditions. Also, RERA is now
                focus  more  on  our  current  projects.  We  are  developing  four  focused on keeping and sustaining those who are performing. So
                properties in Bombay and working on getting approval on the  the ones who are not going to perform will see the impact of the
                few more on-going projects. So we are focusing on executing  market trends and processes. So all those who don’t want to be
