 11  Number of employees
 The number of employees of the Institute as at 31 March 2020 is 2. (2019 : 2)
 12  Commitments
 There were no commitments outstanding as at the reporting date.
 13  Contingent liabilities
 The Institute has no any significant contingent liabilities as at the reporting date.


 14  Events occurring after the reporting date
 There were no material events that occurred after the reporting date except below event which require adjustments to or
 disclosures in these financial statement.


 15  Other matters: Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic
 The corona-virus outbreak since early 2020 has brought about additional uncertainties in the Institute’s operating en-
 vironment. The Institute has been closely monitoring the impact of the developments on the businesses and has put in
 place contingency measures.


 The Institute understands the importance of the safety measures implemented by world leaders and implemented all
 the precautionary measures advised. We are aware of the unpredictable nature of the current situation of the country
 and the globe,  therefore the Institute wishes to further observe the impacts and take proactive measures to ensure
 the smooth functioning of the business. While, abiding by the health guidelines to ensure health and safety.

 16  Litigation and claims

 There are no litigation and claims as at the reporting date.

 17  Approval of financial statements

 These financial statements were approved by the Governing council and authorised for issue on 09 September 2020.
