Life Management Program (EAP)
Corizon Health provides confidential consultative services at no cost to you through Magellan Health Services.
These programs are available to you and your eligible family members and include unlimited telephonic sessions and three face-to-face sessions with a licensed clinician. You can access these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-800-327-2908 or by logging on to www.magellanhealth.com/member, where you can
find health and wellness information, resources, tools, online training, webinars and podcasts.
Tobacco Use Cessation Program
Corizon wants to help you lead a healthier lifestyle. You may have tried to quit smoking in the past without success. With Clickotine, a confidential tobacco cessation program, you can overcome nicotine cravings and get the support you need to quit for good. Clickotine uses clinically-driven app technology to help you create and stick to a quit plan and overcome nicotine cravings.
Personalized messaging: Receive personal messages that keep you on track toward your quit goal.
Controlled breathing: Monitor and control your breathing — an effective way to reduce nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
Real-time social support: Post comments and share encouragement with others trying to quit.
Replacement distractions: Get help diverting cravings to healthier actions.
Money saved: Track how much money you’ve saved since your quit date — a powerful motivator for quitting.
