Main Building “Glacier”
Colliers Luxembourg Design & Project Management has delivered the Glacier Main Building project
to one of the largest investment company (SIREO IMMOBILIERFONDS) within budget and on time.
The works consisted to a full building strip out including a lot of technics, it lasted from Les travaux
18 months, from May 2017 till 2018.
The situation of the building was as follows:
• Building vacant since 2011 and therefore extremely dilapidated
• No operating license (Commodo- Incommodo)
• Hight Asbestos Polluted building
• Building located in the Protected Area of the Park.
The building could be demolished, but the reconstruction had to take over the size, the alignment,
and the design of the listed facade. “See Below the explication”:
