How AESOP works
Stores are required to apply in order to participate in the AESOP program. Once your store has applied, AnswersTM will determine which tier your store qualifies for within our tier system. We will assess all applicants’ wholesale sales quarterly and adjust tier level when necessary. Once an application is approved, each individual store will receive their own store sale code which they will share with their customers.* When your customer uses your sale code, their online pricing reduces 5% to Answers suggested retail pricing. This is an incentive for your customers to use your store’s unique code. This sale code will change at the beginning of every month in order to track retailer’s sales. This code change also encourages customer interactions with you. If there are multiple stores in an organization, each store location is required to apply separately to participate in the AESOP program. Initially we
will be shipping to 23 eastern U.S. states.** Shipping location eligibility will be determined by state. While nationwide shipping dates are yet to be determined, all stores will be eligible for a code.

The intent of AESOP program is to encourage retailers to increase their in-store sales to achieve the highest tier commission of online sales. This increases distributor sales. And by not selling on mainstream online e-commerce sites, Answers controls pricing and protects margins.
