Appeals
At every step, an employee has the right to appeal. The appeal should be submitted, in
writing, to the person who made the decision that is under appeal and this should be done
within five working days of receiving the disciplinary decision. The written appeal should set
out details of the ground for appeal. The appeal will be heard by the Managing Director or
his nominee(s).
You will be informed of the findings of the appeal hearing, and this decision will be final.
