Introduction
On behalf of all at EQA Ireland Ltd we would like to welcome you to our team. The success of EQA
Ireland Ltd is dependent on our relationship with specialist independent contractors, and so we look
to you to play your part in our continued success, as we shall continue to play ours.
EQA is committed to conducting its business operations in compliance with all applicable laws. More
importantly we are committed to conducting ourselves with integrity at all times. How we comply
with laws, regulations, standards and requirements must be a genuine reflection of our core values;
• Customer First
• Integrity
• Personal Accountability
• One Company, One Team
• Leadership
EQA’s reputation and success depends not only on our conduct, but also on the conduct and good
judgement of the individuals and organisations on whom we rely for services. EQA has chosen to do
business with you because we believe there is a shared commitment to professional and ethical
business conduct and practices.
EQA has prepared this Assessor Code of Conduct to highlight areas and standards of importance.
Assessors are a critical and necessary extension of our mission, operations and future success. We
appreciate your commitment to making conduct and ethics a top priority as you work with EQA.
We ask that you study carefully the contents of this Assessor Code of Conduct and if you have any
questions please feel free to contact us for clarification.
The code outlines our expectations for the key relationships- EQA to Assessor, Assessor to EQA,
between Assessor to Assessor, and that most important relationship of all, the interaction with our
clients.
The information contained in this handbook has been gathered to help us work together in a spirit of
cooperation, understanding and mutual respect.
