2. Professional Conduct and Appearance Policy

               The Contractor has a clear expectation that for the duration of an Independent Service Contract with
               the organisation, an Assessor will not engage in any activity that might compromise its reputation.
               Assessors are expected to deal with all clients, fellow contractors and employees of the Contractor in
               a courteous and professional manner at all times.

               Criticism  by  the  Assessor  of  any  third  parties,  in  particular  Management  System  or  Security
               Consultants or customers of the Contractor at any stage of the audit process is not permitted under
               any circumstances.

               Clothing  should  be  comfortable  but  appropriate.  Assessors  are  expected  to  dress  neatly  and  to
               exercise good judgment in selecting clothing and footwear appropriate for a business environment.

               In certain circumstances, business casual attire may be suitable. Examples of business casual attire
               include (but are not limited to) shirts or blouses, shirts, slacks or neat jeans. Clothing should not display
               any written words or symbols.

               In all circumstances and for all categories of Assessors, athletic and tennis shoes as well as open toed
               shoes (including flip-flops) are prohibited.
               Appropriate  business  attire  for  female  Assessors  includes  suits,  dresses,  shirts,  skirts  or  tailored
               trousers with blouse and jacket, which should be clean and in good repair and present a professional
               image.

               Appropriate business attire for male Assessors includes suits with shirt and tie or sports coats and
               dress slacks with shirt and tie, which should be clean and in good repair and present a professional
               image.

               2.1 Personal Grooming Standards
               In your role you will be in constant contact with clients and members of the public as well as working
               in close quarters with fellow  Assessors. This policy on personal grooming has been developed to
               ensure you understand the importance of appropriate grooming and hygiene in the workplace. The
               standards of grooming and hygiene outlined below set forth the minimum requirements to which all
               Assessors are required to adhere to.

               Hygiene - every Assessor is expected to practice daily hygiene and good grooming habits as set forth
               in further detail below.

               Hair - Hair should be clean, combed, and neatly trimmed or arranged. Unkempt hair is not permitted.
               Sideburns, moustaches, and beards should be neatly trimmed. Non-traditional hair colours are not
               permitted.

               Nails - Hands and nails should be kept clean. Hygiene facilities provided by the Contractor or a client
               of the Contractor and must be utilised and respected.

               Oral hygiene – appropriate standards of oral hygiene should be observed, before commencement of
               work and after breaks/meals. Further information on the health benefits of good oral hygiene can be

               Jewellery - Assessors may wear tasteful jewellery in moderation. Where job duties present any type
               of safety risk, jewellery may be prohibited or severely limited. In other areas, moderate (including size
