comply  may  result  in  reputational  damage  to  the  Company  and/or  negatively  affect  our
                       compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
                   •  Employees are not permitted to solicit other employees during working time or in working
                       areas, for any purpose. Distribution of literature during working time and/or in working areas
                       is not permitted.

               3.6.2 Company Clothing and Standard of Dress

               Visage Salon require that all employees wear attire to work that complements a workplace
               environment which is professionally operated, efficient, orderly and pleasant.
               Employees should note that their appearance matters when representing our company in front of
               clients, visitors or other parties.
               An employee’s appearance can create a positive or negative impression that reflects on our
               company and culture.
               The policy applies to all our employees.

               Our companies official dress code is Smart Casual & Professional

               Some attire is unacceptable for work.  The following list provides some examples, although the list is
               not exhaustive and the management decision is final on what is acceptable.

               Prohibited Attire/Appearance:
                   •  Any clothing, jewellery or tattoos that contain offensive words, messages or slogans or
                       pictures directed at race, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, disability, or are
                       otherwise considered to be offensive or harassing in some way is not permitted.
                   •  Gym wear or beach wear
                   •  Clothing that reveals the employee’s underwear
                   •  Tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, or shirts with spaghetti straps.
                   •  Off the shoulder tops
                   •  Evening wear
                   •  Sweatshirts or sweatpants
                   •  No Runners, Strapless Sandals or Flip Flops
                   •  Blue Jeans
                   •  Lack of underwear

               When an employee disregards our dress code, their supervisor/manager will advise them informally
               but ignoring this code thereafter may lead to disciplinary action.  The employee should refamiliarise
               themselves with our dress code immediately.  In some cases, supervisors may ask employees to
               returning home to change.

               Employees may face more severe consequences up to and including termination if:
                   •  Their appearance causes irreparable damage, like loss of a major client
                   •  They repeatedly violate our dress code.

               The decision of management is final on all counts



               3.6.3 Personal Grooming Policy
               In your role with the Company you are highly likely to be in constant contact with customers, members
               of the public and suppliers as well as working in close quarters with fellow employees. This policy on
