Voluntary Organisations should ensure adherance to to Public Health Authorities directives at at all all times VOs shall appoint a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a person responsible for ensuring public health measures measures in in in in the premises premises The measures measures to to be implemented in in VO premises are:
1 Appropriate hand sanitizers (minimum 70% alcohol) need to be provided at at entry and and exit points of the premises 2 Social distancing should be adhered to to This includes any direction given by PHA in in in in relation to to gatherings 3 Frequent disinfection of of surfaces surfaces and and commonly frequented areas Disinfecting kills germs germs on on on on surfaces surfaces surfaces and and and by by killing germs germs on on on on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a surface surface surface surface after cleaning it can further lower the the risk of of spreading infection Surfaces frequently touched by by multiple people such as as door handles bathroom surfaces surfaces and and and and and handrails should be be cleaned with soap and and and and and water or or or another detergent at at at least daily when facilities are in in in use use More frequent cleaning and and and and disinfection may be be required based on on level of use use 5
4 Masks should should not be be be touched or moved with the hand hand from outside Disposable masks should should be be be be changed immediately after use and and and and must must be be be be disposed of appropriately and and and and hand hand disinfection must always be be performed 5
