The legendary restaurant Zebra has changed its stripes, opting for a more intimate atmosphere. At the helm is Julien Ross and Alexandre Giesbert, the duo famed for the popular Daroco and Roca restaurants. This time round, they’re giving brasserie classics a modern makeover.
