We operate out of our main farmhouse and the storefront is not open for drop-in visitation at this time as we also operate a
home-school on the property - so best to call ahead to ensure somebody is available to assist you in the event we are out
exploring in the woods.
Due to lower overhead we are incredibly competitive in pricing, 80% or less than other commercial ferment on premise
winemaking shops in south-eastern Ontario. We also carry an expanded product line over that was available from the previous
owners, with 110+ different wine varietals, not including malt extracts, beer, cider, and home brewing equipment. With
commercial contacts from distributors in 3 provinces, we can source specialty products (grains, hops yeast, extracts, etc) with
relative ease.
All products made on site are manufactured following stringent protocols and exclusively utilize very high quality non-
chlorinated chemically tested natural deep aquifer well waters.

us.
General hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday 10-6, however we work mainly by appointment (Covid regulations
plus we have other projects to carry out on the farm) so can be flexible - best to call first.
