TICKLING THE TASTE BUDS




     LEMON BROWNIES

     Brownie Ingredients
         1 C unsalted butter softened                                                   Directions
         1 1/2 C sugar                                                                  Preheat  oven  to  350  degrees  and
         2 tbsp lemon zest                                                              line  a  9×13  baking  pan  with
         4 large eggs                                                                   parchment  paper.  Using  a  large
         2 tbsp fresh lemon juice                                                       bowl, whisk together the flour and
         1 1/2 C all-purpose flour                                                      baking  powder.  Using  a  standing
         1 tsp baking powder                                                            mixer,  beat  together  the  butter,
                                                                                        sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest
     Lemon Glaze Ingredients                                                            until  light  and  fluffy.  Beat  in  eggs,
         1 1/2 C powdered sugar                                                         one at a time until combined.
         3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
         4 tbsp lemon zest

    Directions Con't
    Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined. Pour batter into the baking pan and bake in the oven for 25-28 minutes
    or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Make sure to not over bake.  Allow to completely cool on the counter.


    Lemon Glaze
    Using a large mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until combined.  Pour the glaze
    over the lemon bars and spread evenly.  Allow to harden overnight before enjoying!





            30 MINUTE ROLLS

            Ingredients
            1 cup + 2 tablespoons Warm Water
            1 Cup oil
            2 tablespoons active dry yeast
            Half a cup of sugar
            Half a teaspoon of salt
            1 egg
            3 cups of flour (whether it’s baking flour )









                                                         Directions
                                                         Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
                                                         In your mixer bowl, mix warm water and oil,
                                                         Yeast and sugar. Let mixture about 16 min .
                SUBMIT YOUR                              Mix two cups of flour, salt and eggs in the yeast mixture using the

                                                         Add the remaining 1/4 cup of flour a cup at a time.

                                                         dough rest for 10 minutes.
                                                         Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
