A Day to Remember! Madoc Hospice House Annual Butterfly Release in memory of a loved one. Over 200 butterflies
were release by young and old in memory. Madoc Lions on hand to do a free BBQ for the event.

TWEED LIONS CLUB
Sunday August 27th marked the final Music in the Park concert of the summer. The Tweed Lions
Club presented Betty Brinson with a bouquet of flowers to thank her for organizing Music in the
Park for the last 14 years. After 16 years with the Tweed Lions Club Betty has retired. The Music
in the Park concerts were fantastic this year, made even better by the Tweed & Company
Outdoor Stage. We thank all the bands, sponsors and concert goers who helped make this year a
success and look forward to another great season in 2024!
